I Almost Gave Up

EP 33 w/Chris

Almost Gave Up: Personal Struggles, Family Challenges, and the Space Builders Mission

Hey everyone, it's Chris here. In this episode, I want to share an emotional rollercoaster of a week that had me on the brink of giving up.

From Ruby's traumatic finger injury to dealing with aggressive high-pressure business calls, and then managing a family health crisis involving COVID — it was a lot.

Through all of this, I reaffirmed the mission of Space Builders, emphasising the capacity to handle life's challenges while staying true to my core values.

I'll also dive into the significance of showing up, inspired by stories of endurance and resilience, and discuss why it's crucial to persist, even during tough times like the holiday season.

Join me as I reflect on these experiences and share insights on being the best parent and person I aspire to be.

Discussion about this podcast

Chris Forrest
I Would Like To Have A Conversation
One of the best things my son Theo says at the dinner table is, "I Would Like To Have A Conversation."
He then brings up superheroes, how babies are made, and more.
I asked his approval to take this concept and start a podcast - and he agreed [as long as he is allowed on for an episode]
In this podcast series, I will converse with a guest about Health, Wealth, Relationships and Neurodiversity...
